Short Bio:
Chan is a first year master student at Rutgers University and work as a research assitant in RIME group. She has begin working for the group in the concrete labortory for one year and half, and then began helping with the structure health monitoring projects. Her research interests are now in load rating of steel bridges and gusset plates.
