Peng Lou, PhD
Dr. Peng Lou is a Research Associate of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Zhejiang University, China, in 2010. He obtained his M.S., and Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey under the mentorship of Dr. Hani H. Nassif in 2012 and 2016. After his doctoral degree, he works as a research associate in in the Rutgers Infrastructure Monitoring and Evaluation (RIME) Group. His research areas include Bridge Deterioration Modeling, Bride Live Load Modeling, Structural Reliability Analysis and AASHTO Code Calibration, Fatigue Analysis, Bridge Life Cycle Cost Analysis, and Structural Health Monitoring.
