Short Bio: 

Reid Holland was accepted into the Rutgers Graduate school for Structural Engineering during the fall of 2017 where he is researching applications of shotcrete in the repair of concrete members. During his undergraduate studies, he had been accepted in the Notional Honors Society of Leadership and Success, The Society for Collegiate Leadership and Success, The National Honors Society, and received the CSCE Outstanding Civil Engineering Student Award for his dedication to learning. After obtaining an undergraduate degree, Reid immediately looked towards academia to obtain a doctoral degree so that he could pursue a career in college education and research.
